Great hotel with friendly staff.

Hotel Cristallo could not do enought for us. Very friendly and accomodating. Maura was always available for our every want and need. Receommend!

Fantastic time at Hotel Cristallo!

Good location, very clean hotel, excellent food and customer service, bus stop outside hotel. Nothing is too much for the staff, very attentative and they will do their utmost to help out - can't find anything to complain about.

Excellent holiday.

We have just returned home from a skiing holiday in Livigno. Our stay at Hotel Cristallo was fabulous. The owner, Maura and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The food was very nice and compliments to the chefs. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, decor very nice. The hotel was very convenient, ski bus at hotel door & you could ski home.

Just returned from a week skiing in Livigno staying at Hotel Cristallo. Can highly recommend. Staff are more than helpful and very attentive and friendly. The food is fabulous. Five courses every night! Rooms are small but more than sufficient and the sauna in the bathroom is an added bonus. Would recommend staying. Thank you for a great holiday Hotel Cristallo!

Feels like home!

In our ski vacation we took this hotel. We came in with low expectation and went out with high valuation for the Cristallo hotel. The rooms are simple, but clean and very useful, the staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast and diner we had were very good, gives you the feeling of warm family. I would go back to this hotel in my next ski vacation to Livigno!

Three days of resting!

I’m very happy with the stay, everything was as expected, they have a garage for the car so it’s safe from weather. Breakfast was great, and since I was leaving early in the morning they prepared great breakfast package for the trip! Room was clean and has sauna, staff was helpfull.
