She is the one, together with her team, who prepares every day the most representative dishes of Livigno and Valtellina: pizzoccheri, sciatt, polenta, homemade pasta, risotto, red meats. Genuine dishes, with simple flavours, reminiscent of the mountains but which relive here in a contemporary manner.
